The firm’s history is closely connected to Egidio Greco’s civil law practice, which began in 1993. His work spans family law, inheritance, personal injury, employment, commercial matters and contracts.

Studio Legale Greco brings together Egidio Greco, Gisella Belo and Giuseppe Greco in a practice covering the principal branches of Italian civil law. Experience built since 1993 combines with continuing professional development and an integrated approach to legal issues, including matters in which personal, family, property and business interests overlap.
In family and inheritance law, the firm assists with separation and divorce, children’s interests and financial relations between spouses, as well as estates, wills and the division of inherited assets. Its property law practice covers ownership, rights over property, leases, condominium matters and disputes concerning the use and management of assets.
Advice on contracts, commercial and employment law supports individuals, professionals and businesses: from drafting and interpreting agreements to addressing breaches, business disputes and issues arising from employment relationships. Debt recovery and enforcement complement these areas, with attention to the practical prospects of recovering sums owed.
A significant part of the practice concerns civil liability, accident claims and compensation for damage, involving careful assessment of facts, evidence, causation and financial and non-financial losses. Within this field, medical and healthcare liability receives particular attention, supported by Giuseppe Greco’s further training through completion of the Master Executive at Scuola Greco Pittella.
Across these areas, assistance includes preventive advice, negotiation, out-of-court representation and litigation. Each matter is assessed in light of the client’s objectives, available documents, risks and practical options, to identify an appropriate strategy.
